Bikram hot yoga aka, hot 26/2, is known as the original hot yoga. This sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is done in a heated room 105 degrees with 40% humidity. We are pleased to offer an abbreviated version of this class - 60 minutes - as an introduction to this style of yoga.
