H2O HIIT combines various exercises focusing on your range of motion, flexibility, and strength without impacting your joints. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
